5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund policies are determined by the event organiser unless otherwise stated.

Tickets may not be refundable except in the following situations:

  • The event is cancelled
  • The event is significantly changed
  • The organiser authorises a refund

If an event is postponed, your ticket may remain valid for the new date unless otherwise specified.

Service fees and processing charges may be non-refundable.
